Phytoxil, a natural cough care brand, looks to engage skeptics of natural remedies. The main challenge was to discover a distinguishing element for the brand (reason to believe). Social listening reveals users find the product highly effective despite the bad taste. This insight shapes the strategy: the less it tastes, the more effective it is. « Not Famous for the taste» emphasises the product's effectiveness and throat care expertise in a new creative way.
